Allison + Chandler’s Salt Lake Backyard Wedding
If you’re having a wedding in the backyard… do it right.
When planning your wedding, usually the first or second question is “Where are we doing this?” You begin your research and find tons of beautiful venues, but sometimes, they charge more than an arm and a leg. So you might find your budget getting tighter and tighter the more you research goes to find the perfect location. But, when you live in Utah and you’re doing a Summer, Fall, or even Spring Wedding the answer can be even in your own backyard… literally your backyard.
Allison & Chandler had amazing luck that one of their family members owns such a beautiful home and its backyard is full of lush, vibrant green plants and trees. It made for the perfect backdrop if you want a nature-filled wedding without having to leave your property. As you will see in the photos, it was pretty impossible to get a shot without showing off the astounding surroundings. All it needed was a couple of chairs, decorations, and an Arch, and you have yourself a Wedding on your hands.
I think the rest of the day speaks for itself with each photo. Big smiles, high energy, and love spread throughout the evening. I think the cherry on top was being in a place you know and are comfortable with. You want a venue that feels like home for your big day. This one very much was home.
